Small »Fuet« salami (Fuet de la cerveza negra de Montseny) from the Vic region, to which Montseny dark craft beer is added during the production process. The result is a meaty and consistent sausage with a sweet flavour that is given a slightly bitter note by the beer. This Fuet salami was awarded the gold medal at the DFV IFFA competition in Germany in 2010 and the gold medal at the Great Taste Awards in the UK. Ideal for starters.
