Habla de ti is a very fresh and elegant varietal Sauvignon blanc wine with a lot of finesse and character. After organic viticulture, fermentation takes place for 2 months in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation temperature is between 9 and 10 °C. At the end of fermentation, it matures for 5 months in a tank on its own yeast. Brilliant yellow-green with splendid golden tones. Characteristic varietal aromas such as lime, grass and white flowers. It also shows notes of fruit, such as peach, mango and passion fruit. In the mouth, it shows an acidity that enhances the feeling of freshness and emphasises its citrus and tropical flavours. Pairs well with colourful salads, seafood such as prawns and shrimp, or grilled white fish. Recommended serving temperature between 8 and 10 ºC. It is made from distilled aniseed, which is then macerated with 7 typical aromatic plants of the Mediterranean (orange tree leaves, lemon tree leaves, lemon bush, fennel, rosemary, camomile and lemon balm). They are steeped for several months and the resulting concentrate is mixed in small portions with sweet aniseed to produce the sweet herbs.
