This pork liver pâté is the most intensely flavoured pork liver pâté from the traditional manufacturer Munar, due to its combination of spices, its high liver content and the characteristic note that the sherry gives it. Its variety of nuances makes it the ideal pâté for those who prefer strong flavours. It tastes best when accompanied by red wine and spicy olives. The homemade paté is also ideal for many cooking recipes, such as pasta sauces or fillings for cannelloni.
