Torres 15 is an exquisite brandy, distilled twice in the Charentais process and matured for 15 years in small Limousin oak barrels using the solera method. The vines of the eaux de vie used all come from the Penedes region, near Barcelona.
Amber in colour with golden reflections. Intense, elegant and delicate aroma. Predominantly smoky and toasted notes, wrapped in cedar aromas. Vanilla, cinnamon and dried fruit on a spicy oak background. Very complex and structured on the palate, oily and rich in tannins. Toasted oak nuances with a long and concentrated finish. Perfect for pairing and creating classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned to refreshing and modern cocktails like Brandy with Ginger Ale.
